Job Title:   2x Construction Plant Operator

Description: BG Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of Connor Culleton Plant Hire, 2x skilled and reliable Construction Plant Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating excavators and other construction plant machinery on a variety of civil engineering and construction projects.
They will play a key role in site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, accurately, and to a high standard while adhering to all site regulations and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities: 
Operate excavators and other heavy plant machinery safely and efficiently
Carry out excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation works
Load and unload materials as required
 Assist with general site duties when needed
Carry out routine daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery
Follow site safety procedures and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and other trades
Ensure work is completed to required specifications and within deadlines
Maintain equipment in good working condition and report defects promptly

Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to the role is required
Salary: €36,605
Hours per week: 39
