Executive Leadership Role | Technical FM | Digital Transformation & Growth Location: Republic of Ireland, No fixed location (candidate must be based in Ireland) Salary: Highly Competitive Salary + Benefits We are seeking an exceptional Head of Technical Services, Projects & Digital to provide strategic leadership across technical facilities management, projects, and digital capability throughout the island of Ireland. This is a senior, high-impact role for a forward-thinking leader who can drive innovation, elevate performance, and act as a trusted advisor to operational teams and clients. The Role As Head of Technical Services, Projects & Digital, you will define and drive the strategic direction across hard FM services, projects delivery, digital platforms, data, and sustainability. Operating at the intersection of technical excellence, innovation, and commercial performance, you will play a pivotal role in transforming service delivery, enabling growth, and embedding future-ready solutions. This role is about leadership, influence, and transformation: Setting and delivering a clear strategy across technical services, projects, and digital FM Driving innovation through systems, data, and emerging technologies Enhancing service quality, compliance, and operational performance Supporting growth through client-centric and commercially focused solutions Leading transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence Key Accountabilities Provide strategic leadership across hard FM, projects, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives Act as a senior advisor to operational teams and clients, supporting performance, innovation, and service excellence Drive statutory compliance, technical standards, and risk management across all FM activities Oversee operational effectiveness including KPIs, SLAs, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks Lead development and optimisation of FM systems (e.g. CAFM/CMMS), reporting capability, and data-driven insights Champion innovation, digital enablement, and the integration of technology and AI into FM delivery Support commercial growth through costing strategies, solution design, and new business opportunities Embed ESG, sustainability, and Net Zero Carbon commitments across service delivery Lead asset management standards and engineering data strategy Build, inspire, and develop high-performing technical and digital teams About You You will be a credible, senior technical FM leader with experience operating across complex environments, with the ability to influence at senior stakeholder and client level. You will bring: Strong leadership experience within multi-service FM, with deep technical expertise in hard FM compliance A proven track record of delivering transformation across operations, systems, or digital capability Experience managing specialist teams across technical services, projects, or digital functions Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience devel
