Farm manager required to work at Williams Sport Horses Ltd at PARC Stables, Ivy Hill, Kilrush road, Ennis, Co Clare. V95VN20. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in similar role. Duties will be as follows: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring all equine and livestock activities are carried out efficiently and safely. Manage staff schedules, responsibilities, and performance, providing guidance and training as required. Supervise feeding, grooming, exercising, and health checks for all horses on the premises. Coordinate training programmes and ensure the horses are prepared for competitions, breeding, or sales. Ensure all stables, paddocks, arenas, and equipment are maintained to a high standard. Monitor and implement health and safety procedures across the farm. Maintain accurate records of horse care, breeding, veterinary treatments, and farm expenses. Assist with budgeting, stock management, and procurement of feed, equipment, and other farm supplies. Salary: €36.605 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
