Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our property upgrades and renovations team. This role is hands-on and varied, focusing on carpentry works in occupied and vacant properties, delivering finishes to a high standard and completing upgrades efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Flooring: Lift/replace floors, install timber/laminate/vinyl where required, and complete trims/finishing to a high standard.
•	Doors: Hang and fit internal doors, install frames/architraves, fit ironmongery (handles/locks/hinges), and ensure correct alignment/operation.
•	Kitchens: Install new kitchens including units, worktops, panels, plinths, cornice, and associated carpentry finishing.
•	General Carpentry & Fit-Out: Skirting, architrave, boxing, repairs, patching, and upgrade works as required.
•	Snagging & Finishing: Complete final carpentry snag items to handover standard and maintain tidy work areas.
•	Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements and company procedures.
•	Job Updates: Provide progress updates, photos and clear notes (where required) for completed works.
•	Fitting of new external windows and doors.
•	Installation of new handrails to stairs.
•	Roof repairs & bring comfortable at working from heights.
•	General 1st & 2nd fix carpentry.
Skills and Requirements:
•	Proven carpentry experience in upgrades/renovations (doors, floors, kitchens, general fit-out).
•	Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry installation/repair techniques.
•	Ability to work independently, manage time on site, and complete jobs to specification.
•	High attention to detail with a strong focus on finish quality.
•	Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•	Good communication and time management skills.
•	Valid driver's license
