Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.



Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Duties:
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around The Liberties Community Project premises (Meath Street and Earl Street) 
- Cleaning of kitchen areas including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and disinfecting counter tops.
- Cleaning of floors, offices and Boardroom including sweeping, vacuuming and dusting
- Cleaning of bathroom and toilet facilities including restocking soap dispensers, emptying of bins, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, walls, sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning toilets
-Ensuring that all frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected daily
- Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ordering of supplies when necessary  
- Emptying bins from the kitchen and offices and putting outside for weekly collection
- Completion of cleaning checklist as necessary
- Otherwise as directed
