We are looking for Food & Beverage Duty Manager with a minimum 4 years’ experience for this full-time role with a salary of €34,000 per annum based on 39 hour per week. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel Food & Beverage Outlets during shift ensuring standards and guest satisfaction are always maintained thus ensuring revenue is optimised.

The Candidate 

Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Duty Manager in a busy standard focused 4 or 5* hotel is preferable
Excellent leader who effectively manages their team
A standards focus individual with high attention to detail.
