B & M O'Brien Brothers Limited located at Lehina, Lislevane, Bandon, Co. Cork is currently looking for 2 Fencing Operator/Erector who will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of fencing, including agricultural, security, residential, and commercial fencing. The role involves operating fencing equipment and light construction machinery while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
•	Install and repair agricultural, security, chain-link, timber, mesh, and steel fencing.
•	Measure, mark out, and prepare sites for fence installation.
•	Dig post holes using manual tools and machinery.
•	Set fence posts and install fencing materials according to specifications.
•	Operate and maintain fencing equipment and light machinery, including mini diggers, dumpers, post drivers, and compact loaders.
•	Load, unload, and transport fencing materials and equipment.
•	Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of fencing structures.
•	Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
•	Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
•	Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
•	Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, agriculture, or related industries.
•	Ability to operate light machinery and power tools.
•	Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
•	Knowledge of health and safety practices.
•	Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
Job Type: Full time Contract/Permanent
Yearly Remuneration: €36,605 p/a
Hours: 39 p/w
