Role Overview As an Early Years Educator, you will provide high-quality care and education for children while supporting childcare services during periods of staff absence, increased demand, annual leave, training days, and maternity leave cover. You will create safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments that support children's development through play-based learning in line with Aistear and Síolta.
