Mainline is growing fast and are currently looking to hire a Civils Site Supervisor to work on exciting multi-disciplinary, ESB substation and framework projects. The role presents a great opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for people who will embrace the opportunity and progress with the business as it grows.

Your new role:
You will be part of an experienced project delivery team working on electrical and other Framework projects.
Key Responsibilities:
	Direct and oversee a crew of workers supervising civils works from beginning to close out
	Enforce all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring workers use proper PPE and maintain a safe work environment.
	Inspect work to ensure it meets project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
daily tasks to crew members, monitor their progress, and ensure work is completed on time.
	Collaborate with foremen, site engineers, and other supervisors to resolve issues and coordinate activities.
	Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
	Maintain records of work performed, material usage, and worker attendance, and report on progress and any issues or delays to management.
	Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies. 
Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience:
	Civil Engineering degree or above
	Proven hands-on experience in civil construction.
	Leadership ability in a construction environment.
	Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools.
	Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
	Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
	Excellent organisational skills.
	Safepass
	Experience of working on electrical sites would be an advantage.
