Job post summary ABOUT US EcoGreen Landscapes Ltd is a growing landscaping company delivering high-quality grounds maintenance, estate management and professional tree surgery services across Dublin and surrounding counties. We operate using modern 100% battery-powered equipment and focus on safety, quality and long-term client relationships. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead our Maintenance Division. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills and site responsibility. Duties Organise and lead a small maintenance crew Carry out lawn care, edging and estate maintenance Hedge trimming and shrub management Moss and weed treatment Tree reductions and removals Ensure high-quality standards on all sites Report directly to the Director Responsibilities Maintain full Health & Safety compliance Oversee equipment, van organisation and site preparation Communicate professionally with clients when required Maintain company standards and reputation Requirements 2 years experience in landscaping / grounds maintenance Full Category B driving licence (essential) Permission to work in Ireland Safe Pass required Ability to work independently and take ownership of sites Chainsaw certification (CS30/31 or equivalent) desirable Tree Climbing & Aerial Rescue certification desirable What We Offer Van provided Leadership opportunity within a growing division Modern equipment and structured progression Competitive salary depending on experience Long-term career development Support for additional related certifications Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Company car Work Location: On the road
