Purpose of the Role

The organisation is seeking a Director of Quality, Compliance and Nursing to guide service delivery in a complex and evolving environment. This leadership role will shape strategic direction and drive a progressive vision for personalised, rights-based, community-focused supports.

Person Specification

· Registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) – RNID/RGN/RMHN desirable.
· Demonstrated clinical and administrative capacity to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
· A postgraduate higher diploma in Quality and Compliance (or equivalent).

Key Competencies

· Minimum of five years’ senior management experience in a healthcare environment.
· Strong understanding of clinical governance, service planning, service delivery and resource management.
· Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and HIQA standards.
· Experience in roles involving safety, risk management, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
· Senior nursing management experience.
· Proven ability to lead organisational change at a senior level.
