Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers, customers, and internal project teams to ensure strategic alignment and business growth
Lead on account management for supplier and customer accounts, resolving complex queries and ensuring service excellence
Contribute to financial strategy and planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Oversee and manage payment processes, supplier statements, and account reconciliations
Develop and implement accounting procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
Liaise with senior management to determine financial requirements and contribute to strategic financial decisions
Lead on month-end and year-end accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
Manage financial accounts within the organisation, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Provide strategic financial advice to internal teams and senior management on accounts and finance matters
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing and documentation systems
 

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline (NQF Level 6 or equivalent)
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an account management, finance strategy, or business development role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational, communication, and strategic planning skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience managing financial accounts and developing financial strategy
