We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation. What you'll do Providing care and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being, and assisting with daily activities. Provide basic First Aid assistance in the event of an emergency Support the safe operation of the building, including training in HVAC systems Carry out light maintenance and DIY tasks as required Ensure the premises remain secure, safe and well maintained Report any incidents, hazards or maintenance issues promptly What you'll bring A strong sense of responsibility and reliability Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during school term time Practical DIY or maintenance skills Ability to work independently and respond calmly in emergencies Good communication skills Previous experience as a caretaker, handy person, facilities assistant or fire warden (desirable but not essential) Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity.
