We are currently recruiting for two experienced Bakers (39 hrs p/w) with 2+ years’ experience (salary of €36,620 per annum) for BREAD NATION LIMITED – Bread 41, located at 41 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, D02 H308, Ireland. The successful candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a Baker in a professional bakery environment. We offer an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated Bakers to join Bread Nation Limited (Bread 41), assisting in the preparation, production, baking, and presentation of high-quality bakery products to the highest standards of consistency, quality, and presentation. The role requires maintaining a clean, organised, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times, in full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations, while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the bakery. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, producing, and baking a variety of bread and bakery products, ensuring all items meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. The role includes following recipes and production schedules accurately, supporting senior bakers, and contributing to the efficient daily running of the bakery. Responsibilities also include monitoring stock levels, proper storage and rotation of ingredients, minimising waste, and reporting any shortages, defects, or quality issues to senior management. The Baker will work closely with the team, communicate effectively, and support production and service requirements as needed. The successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to the values and culture of Bread Nation Limited (Bread 41). They will maintain a respectful and collaborative working environment, arrive punctually for all scheduled shifts, and be willing to support other areas of the operation when required.
