John Loughnane & Sons Joinery Works Ltd. are currently searching for a CAD Draughtsperson / Joinery Technician for their site located at Monivea , Athenry, Co. Galway

Role & Responsibilities:
-Technical Drawing: Prepare detailed, scaled 2D and 3D CAD/BIM production drawings, cutting lists, and shop drawings for bespoke architectural joinery, cabinetry, doors, and kitchens
-Manufacturing Translation: Interpret blueprints to create accurate manufacturing and cutting specifications.
-Material Optimization: Calculate material requirements and plan cuts to minimize waste while ensuring high-quality bespoke fabrication.
-Quality Control: Review workshop drawings for errors and ensure they adhere to client briefs and the company’s quality frameworks.

Experience/Qualifications: The applicant must possess at least 1-3 years of relevant carpentry and joinery experience, alongside CAD proficiency.

Remuneration for the role is €36,605 per annum based on 39 hours per week
