Carlingford Adventure Centre, Skypark Carlingford and Carlingford Holiday Homes are seeking an experienced Attraction Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.

This is a senior operations management role overseeing a multi-site tourism, hospitality, accommodation, visitor attraction and leisure business welcoming over 50,000 guests annually.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead managers and teams across adventure activities, hospitality, guest services, accommodation, housekeeping, retail and maintenance. You will be responsible for operational performance, customer experience, health and safety, staffing, budgets and service delivery.

The operation includes 40+ activities, 336 beds, large-scale catering, corporate events, school tours, family breaks and seasonal attractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support departmental managers and supervisors across multiple business areas
• Drive operational performance, guest satisfaction and service standards
• Ensure excellent health, safety and compliance standards
• Oversee staffing, rotas, resources and operational planning
• Support delivery of corporate events, private hires and seasonal attractions
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure smooth operational delivery
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Act as Duty Manager as part of the management rota

About You

• Minimum 5 years' management experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure, visitor attractions, outdoor education or a similar sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing teams in a busy customer-facing environment
• Commercial awareness and sound operational judgement
• Experience managing staffing, resources and budgets
• Calm, practical and hands-on approach

Adventure industry experience is welcome but not essential. We are equally interested in strong leaders from hospitality, tourism, hotels, holiday parks, leisure facilities and visitor attractions.

• €55,000 salary plus performance-related bonus of up to €10,000
