Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie required for Kashmir Indian & Nepalese Restaurant, Kilderry House, 10 Fairhill Road Lower, Galway. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years' relevant experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment. Experience in preparing and cooking Indian and Nepalese cuisine is essential. Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards, stock control and food quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, cooking and presenting authentic Indian and Nepalese dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation standards. Assisting with menu preparation, stock monitoring and kitchen operations. Ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures while supporting efficient service during busy periods. The successful candidate should be able to work effectively as part of a kitchen team while maintaining high operational standards. This is a permanent full-time role. Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
