Digital Marketing Executive Employer: Elements Marketing & Communications LTD Location: Kilkenny, County Kilkenny (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: €35,000–€40,000 per annum (minimum €35,000) About the Role Elements is a growing B2B marketing consultancy. We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimise digital campaigns for Elements and its clients — covering content creation, paid advertising, SEO, analytics, reporting, email marketing, and website support. The role suits someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads - Manage SEO, analytics tracking (GA4, GTM, Search Console), and performance reporting - Create digital content and branded materials for LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and web - Support website edits, landing page optimisation, and email marketing automation Requirements - Recognised qualification in marketing, creative, or a related field - Previous experience in a marketing or business environment; B2B experience an advantage - Working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM/CMS platforms
