We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Baker and Confectioner to join our retail bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, decorating and presenting a range of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and confectionary products to the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role requires a strong focus on food safety, customer satisfaction, product presentation, and teamwork in a fast paced retail environment.
