Roscam Crèche is a family-run childcare service committed to providing high-quality early years care and education. We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our experienced team of 25 staff across 7 childcare rooms. This is a varied and rewarding role working with children aged 12 months to 5 years, offering excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within the service.

Requirements:
Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Childcare / Early Learning & Care
A genuine interest in supporting young children's learning and development
Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practice
Excellent communication skills
Strong spoken and written English
Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you may be based in any of our seven childcare rooms, working with children aged from 12 months to 5 years.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
Supporting children's development through play-based learning and daily activities
Working either within a dedicated room or supporting colleagues across different rooms as required
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the Crèche
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

No two days are exactly the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and working with children at different stages of development.
