We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commis Chef (39 hrs p/w) with 2+ years’ experience (salary minimum €36,650) for BLISS CUISINE at Bliss Cuisine, Donabate Golf Club, Balcarrick, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. We offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi talented, and highly skilled Commis Chef to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment. Responsibilities include • Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the highest standards while maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and a pleasant environment. • Upholding high standards of hygiene. • Accurately preparing ingredients for senior chefs. • Precisely measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes. • Managing deliveries and stock rotation. • Ensuring full familiarity with HACCP procedures.
