Bellerophon Limited T/A Griffith College Dublin requires a Social Media & Paid Search Executive to join the team based in Dublin. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead the delivery of the College's social media strategy across organic and paid channels, managing and growing audiences through campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and emerging platforms, with the main goal to drive applications. You will oversee paid search agency relationships, manage advertising budgets, optimise channel mix performance to improve ROI, and produce performance reports that inform strategic decision-making. This is a highly cross-functional role that executes campaigns for the College's national marketing team while providing support and expertise across all Griffith College campuses, faculties, departments, and the International Office. The role is also be responsible for monitoring and implementing advertising opportunities on Large Language Model (LLM) platforms and AI-driven search environments as they become available within the EU market. A key aspect of the role is planning and delivering social media coverage of College events, including open days, graduations, student activities, guest speakers, and campus initiatives. You will create real-time content, capture opportunities for storytelling, and ensure the College's events are effectively promoted before, during, and after they take place. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and creative teams, you will plan, coordinate and deliver integrated campaigns that drive course awareness, student recruitment, and brand engagement. The role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to delegate tasks appropriately, coordinate contributors, and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule. The annual salary is €40,000 - €45,000 based on a 37.5-hour working week.
