Position: Restaurant Manager Company Name: The Barn Food and Catering Company Limited T/A The Barn Location: Lotamore, Glanmire, Cork, Ireland Salary: €36,700 per year Job type: Fulltime/ Contract Hours per week: 39 hours Email your CV to: chris@thebarn.ie Duties and responsibilities: Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant and bar operations. Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provide the highest quality standards and customer experience. Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes and quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Roster preparation & general administration. Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean. Maintains budget, monitors costs and weekly reporting. Complex booking & preparation for all events.
