Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provide the highest quality standards and customer experience. Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes and quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Roster preparation & general administration. Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean. Maintains budget, monitors costs and weekly reporting. Complex booking & preparation for all events.
