About the Role
Shellfish Ireland is seeking to recruit multiple Factory Operatives / Seafood Processors to join our seafood processing facility in Castletownbere, Co. Cork. Successful candidates will be involved in the processing, grading, preparation, packing and handling of seafood products in accordance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Processing and preparing seafood products for distribution.
Filleting, trimming, cleaning and grading shellfish products.
Packing seafood products according to customer specifications.
Maintaining quality control standards throughout production.
Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
Cleaning and sanitising workstations and equipment.
Assisting with stock movement and production line operations.
Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
Complying with all health and safety requirements.

Essential Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a chilled processing environment.
Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.

Desirable Requirements
Previous experience in seafood processing, fish filleting, food production, meat processing or factory work.
Experience working in HACCP or food safety regulated environments.
Manual handling experience.
