Café & Osteria Tiramisu Da Costa Family is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pastry Chef to lead our dessert production line for both restaurant service and retail distribution. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and production of high-quality artisanal Italian desserts (Tiramisu, etc.) for hospitality and supermarket supply. Implementation of HACCP systems and food safety protocols in a production environment. Managing shelf-life analysis, fermentation processes, and quality control of dairy ingredients. Scaling recipes for commercial production while maintaining product integrity. Requirements: Proven experience in professional pastry production. A Degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, or Food Engineering is mandatory to manage the biological quality control and preservation processes required for our retail products. Knowledge of food microbiology and industrial hygiene standards. -Experience Required- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Sick pay Ability to commute/relocate: Waterford, CO.
