Café & Osteria Tiramisu Da Costa Family is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pastry Chef to lead our dessert production line for both restaurant service and retail distribution.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Preparation and production of high-quality artisanal Italian desserts (Tiramisu, etc.) for hospitality and supermarket supply.

​Implementation of HACCP systems and food safety protocols in a production environment.

​Managing shelf-life analysis, fermentation processes, and quality control of dairy ingredients.

​Scaling recipes for commercial production while maintaining product integrity.

​Requirements:

​Proven experience in professional pastry production.

​A Degree in Biotechnology, Food Science, or Food Engineering is mandatory to manage the biological quality control and preservation processes required for our retail products.

​Knowledge of food microbiology and industrial hygiene standards.
