The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Cork City location. As a Meat Processor, you will play a key role in the preparation, cutting, and processing of our meat products to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. You will work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and pride in your work are essential.
Key Responsibilities
•	Preparing, cutting, and processing fresh meat products to company standards
•	Maintaining and presenting fresh meat counters to an exceptional standard
•	Freshly preparing oven-ready meal solutions and value-added meat products
•	Ensuring all products meet quality, freshness, and presentation requirements
•	Adhering strictly to food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations at all times
•	Delivering excellent customer service at the counter
•	Working collaboratively as part of an efficient and motivated team
