We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join us.You will take full responsibility for running an assigned section, preparing authentic Chinese dishes, and maintaining consistent high quality across all services. 
Key Responsibilities
 Prepare, cook and present authentic Chinese dishes including stir‑fries, dim sum, soups and regional specialities to approved recipes and quality standards
 Manage daily ingredient preparation, control portion sizes, monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
​ Strictly follow HACCP food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations at all times
​ Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area and equipment
​ Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Essential Requirements
 Minimum 2 years’ full‑time proven experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent in a commercial restaurant/hotel kitchen
​ Solid knowledge of Chinese cuisine, professional cooking techniques and food safety standards
​ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate well within a team.
