Nicholas Lynch Ltd. are currently seeking Fish Filleters for their seafood production facility located at 13 Ashbourne Manufacturing Park, Ashbourne, Co Meath. This is a full-time permanent role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing fish products in a seafood production facility. The duties of this role include filleting, trimming, cleaning, deboning, and portioning fish according to quality and safety standards. Operates knives and processing equipment, inspects products for quality, maintains hygiene standards, and works efficiently as part of a production team. Experience in fish processing, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are desirable. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential. The remuneration for this role will be €36,605 per annum based on a 39-hour work week.
