This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who is passionate about person-centred care, clinical excellence and supporting adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities. Working within a rights-based service, you'll lead frontline teams while promoting dignity, independence and positive outcomes for the people you support. Promote high-quality, person-centred care. Mentor, supervise and develop staff. Support clinical governance and quality improvement. Ensure compliance with policies and professional standards. Build positive relationships with service users, families and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements Active NMBI registration (RNID, RGN or RPN). Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience. Current CNM1 or equivalent leadership experience. Experience within disability, healthcare or social care services. Strong leadership, communication and clinical decision-making skills. Full driving licence. Eligibility to work in Ireland.
