Bleeperbike Ireland Opco Limited t/a Bleeper is hiring a Cycling Infrastructure & Fleet Utilization Estimator at their premises in Unit 4, 27-30 Merchants House, Merchants Quay, Dublin D08 K3KD and 9-10 Bond House, Lower Bridge Street, Dublin 8. D08 TH76. The salary range starts from €36,605 (€18,05 Per Hour) to to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. The Cycling Infrastructure & Fleet Utilization Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates, pricing models, and utilization assessments to support infrastructure projects and fleet-based schemes. The role involves analysing project requirements and producing accurate, well-evidenced estimates across a range of commercial and operational contexts. Requirements Relative Experience Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in cost modelling tools and spreadsheet software Ability to interpret technical documentation and project specifications Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level) required for engagement. Fleet Utilization Analysis Model fleet sizing and deployment costs to support scheme pricing and feasibility assessments Analyse utilization data to estimate operational costs and efficiency metrics Produce cost projections for fleet operations, maintenance, and rebalancing activities Assess cost implications of fleet changes and operational adjustments
