Experienced Residential Sales Representative – Join a High-Earning, High-Energy Team

Earn a €2k signing on bonus after your probation period
Location: Various territories across Ireland
Salary: Up to €32,000 base + Commission (OTE €50,000+)

What You Will Bring:
We are looking for proven performers who know how to close:
Residential, door-to-door, or field sales experience (TV, Broadband, Utilities, etc.)
Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivation with strong territory/time management
Confidence in overcoming objections and sealing the deal
Tech-savvy enough to manage digital reporting (we’ll train you)

What You Will Do:
Represent one of Ireland’s top dairy brands
Engage households and convert interest into sales
Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets & KPIs
Report progress and feedback to your regional supervisor
Follow best practices in customer onboarding and reporting

Candidates must be available to work between the hours of 12pm and 8pm.

You must have a full, clean drivers license.
