Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Customer Service: Greeting customers, ascertaining their needs, providing product recommendations, and handling complaints or inquiries professionally.
Sales & Point of Sale : Processing transactions (cash, cards, and mobile payments), managing returns, and operating the till.
Stock Management: Receiving new deliveries, unpacking inventory, and restocking shelves to prevent items from running out.
Merchandising: Organizing displays, setting up promotional materials, ensuring correct price tags, and maintaining store layout guidelines.
Store Upkeep: Ensuring the shop floor, fitting rooms, and storage areas are clean, tidy, and compliant with safety regulations.
