Galway Bay Seafoods Ltd, New Docks, Galway, Ireland, requires Fish Filleters to prepare, fillet, trim, portion and process a variety of fresh fish products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, including fish filleting, knife handling, product preparation and working in a seafood processing environment. Candidates must be hardworking, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment and familiar with food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
