Position: Graduate Pest Control Technician
Location: Dublin
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hrs/week, Monday-Friday)
Salary: €30,300 per annum (paid monthly), increasing after training. Expected OTE: €35,000 with bonus and commission.

Looking for a rewarding career where you solve problems and help customers? Rentokil is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician covering the Dublin area. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

The Role

During your first 6-12 months, you'll manage a designated area while completing industry-recognised training. Your responsibilities include:

Inspecting customer premises for pest activity and identifying risks.
Treating and resolving pest issues.
Advising customers on hygiene and pest prevention.
Completing accurate service reports.
Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.

After 12-36 months, you can progress into roles such as Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager.

Requirements
Minimum 2.2 degree in Science, Social Science, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Full Irish driving licence.
Strong customer service skills and willingness to work outdoors.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Garda Vetting may be required.
