Carry out dimensional and quality-control checks throughout the works
Liaise with the design team, site manager, gangers, subcontractors and suppliers
Support health, safety and quality compliance on site

Proven setting-out experience (total station / GPS / level) — essential
Experience producing as-built drawings and records
Up to date with Irish Water (Uisce Éireann) specifications and standards
Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD or similar) — a must
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Good working knowledge of drainage, water / wastewater, roads and groundworks
Full clean driving licence
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative
