We at St. Gerard’s School, Bray, are seeking a dependable, team-oriented individual to join our Catering Team in delivering high-quality, wholesome meals in a supportive and dynamic environment. 

Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow, between Exit 5 and 6 off M11

Salary/Rate: €15-17 per hour DOE, school term contract, mid-August to May.

Position Available: Part-Time Catering Assistant, 10am – 3pm Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri; 20 hours per week over 4 days.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, the key responsibilities will be to:
	Assist with the daily production and serving of food to students and staff under the direction of the Catering Manager and Chef.
	Fulfil catering requests of various departments as requested.
	Catering for school functions.
	Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with the implemented Food Safety Programme.
	Attend Food Safety Training as requested.
	Provide any other related assistance as required by Catering Manager or Chef.
	Till Operation (previous Till Operator experience would be beneficial).

The ideal candidate:
	Has 1 YEAR HACCP experience (preferred).
	Has 1 Year hospitality experience (preferred).
	Has strong communication skills and a friendly customer-facing demeanour, and an ability to work well under pressure during peak service.
