Operations Executive – Evening Shift Location: Rathcoole, Co. Dublin (Z2 Warehouse) Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) About the Role Zeus Packaging is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Executive to lead our evening shift at our Z2 warehouse in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for managing the evening operation, with a strong focus on inbound container unloading, goods receiving, stock putaway, and outbound order picking. You will lead a warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations while delivering excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate the evening warehouse team. Plan and allocate daily workloads to achieve operational targets. Oversee inbound container unloading, goods receiving, and stock putaway. Manage the evening picking operation, ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time. Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, ISO, BRC, and company procedures. Monitor productivity and warehouse KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Liaise with transport providers and internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods. Coach and develop team members while promoting a positive, safety-first culture. About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar Leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, particularly goods-in, inventory control, and order picking. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound operational decisions. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
