In Fairfield we mainly specialize in dementia care, but we also have a more diverse mix of residents in our care Our approach is based on: - Accepting a person's reality; - Make the person feel they matter; - Connect and be with people moment by moment: - Surround our resident with memories: - Remembering that a person with dementia "CAN STILL FEEL". Carers are required to care for our residents in a home away from home environment. You need to be a good team player. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 12 hour shift, Day shift, Night shift. COVID-19 considerations: All staff take the threat of COVID to our residents very seriously and wear masks all the time while at work (apart from breaks) as well as taking other IPC precautions - training given as part of the induction.
