The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Product Specialist to support our growing portfolio of healthcare technologies across Ireland.

This is a customer-facing clinical role responsible for delivering product demonstrations, clinical education, implementation support and ongoing customer training.  The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, ensuring our technologies are implemented effectively and deliver measurable clinical and operational benefits.

Working closely with the Sales, Engineering and Validation teams, the Clinical Product Specialist will play a key role in supporting both existing customers and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.
 Support product evaluations, clinical trials and customer assessments.
 Provide comprehensive user training during product installation and implementation.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical users, department managers and key stakeholders.
 Act as the clinical expert across Trinity Medical’s product portfolio.
 Support the sales team with clinical expertise throughout the sales process.
Assist customers with workflow optimisation and best practice implementation.
 Deliver ongoing refresher training and post-installation support.
 Attend exhibitions, conferences and educational events representing Trinity Medical.
Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements to manufacturers.
 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, training activities and product evaluations.
 Ensure customers achieve maximum value from Trinity Medical’s solutions.
