Position: Full-Time Chef de Partie – Chinese Cuisine

Cosmo is seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie with expertise in authentic Chinese cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes, with a particular focus on stir-frying and steaming techniques.
Ensure all dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and comply with all HACCP food safety and hygiene regulations.
Support the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen by working collaboratively with the wider culinary team.

Requirements:
A minimum of two years' professional experience as a Chef specialising in Chinese cuisine.
Demonstrated expertise in traditional Chinese cooking techniques, particularly stir-frying and steaming.
A strong commitment to food quality, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented kitchen environment.
A recognised culinary qualification is desirable.

Salary: €36,605 per annum | Hours: 39 hours per week | Contact: 2 years
