COURTMACSHERRY HOTEL LIMITED, t/a COURTMACSHERRY HOTEL, Located: Courtmacsherry, Bandon, Co. Cork, P72 XD95.  require a Restaurant and Bar Manager for a busy Hotel. 
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations.
Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff.

Other requirements include:
• Similar experience in modern dining environment
• Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene.

Salary: €36,650 per annum.

Hours: 39 hours per week.

Location: COURTMACSHERRY HOTEL, Located: Courtmacsherry, Bandon, Co. Cork, P72 XD95.
