Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

This position is a catering assistant position at the Helping Hand on Mary Street, Waterford City. 
The successful candidates will be dealing with the homeless community, elderly people looking to have a quiet meal, preparing food, sandwiches, making tea, coffee, help to provide a nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in a non judgmental manner.
Evening shifts are involved between 5-8.30 each evening, please bring along lots of empathy and lots of chat.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain some invaluable work experience or add to previous work experience in a similar area. Location is Waterford Helping Hand, Mary Street, Waterford.
