Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: €37,544 per annum

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day maintenance of the company's buildings, facilities and equipment, ensuring that maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard across both company locations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise, allocate and coordinate the day-to-day work of the maintenance personnel.
Coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance and repair work relating to the company's buildings, facilities, equipment and tools.
Assess buildings and facilities to identify maintenance requirements and plan work assignments.
Prepare and manage maintenance schedules and allocate maintenance tasks.
Inspect company premises regularly to identify maintenance and Health & Safety issues.
Assist with mechanical, electrical and general building repairs, including minor carpentry, plumbing and painting where required.
Liaise with management regarding maintenance requirements and coordinate external contractors for specialist repairs where necessary.
Maintain maintenance records and monitor stock levels of maintenance materials, spare parts and tools.
Support, supervise and provide guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.

Requirements:
Experience in building, industrial or facilities maintenance.
Experience supervising or coordinating maintenance work is desirable.
Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to identify and resolve general building, mechanical and electrical maintenance issues.
Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Full driving licence is desirable.
