Childcare Supervisor Duties: ▪ Maintain fully compliant service ▪ Staff Supervision ▪ Co-ordinate the implementation of activities suitable for different age groups ▪ Maintain a professional standard at all times ▪ Walk with children to and from school ▪ Serve children breakfast and dinner ▪ Supervise homework with children Person Specification ▪ QQI ELC Level 5/6 Qualification desirable (Candidates currently enrolled in Level 5 will also be considered) ▪ Experience working within a School-Age Childcare setting an advantage but not essential (training provided) ▪ Excellent Team Player ▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills ▪ Continuous improvement advocate Remuneration: ▪ Supervisor: €18.30 per hour ▪ Discretionary Christmas Bonus Additional Remuneration with Qualifications: ▪ QQI ELC Level 5: Additional €0.50 per hour ▪ QQI ELC Level 6: Additional €1.00 per hour ▪ QQI ELC Level 7: Additional €1.50 per hour ▪ QQI ELC Level 8: Additional €2.00 per hour Health and Wellbeing Benefits ▪ Company-supported Healthcare Plan ▪ Death in Service benefit ▪ Support for job-related education and training ▪ Free childcare across any of our locations ▪ Maternity leave support programme ▪ Weekly professional exercise classes (in partnership with local gyms) ▪ Additional Good Friday holiday Education and Training ▪ Professional development supported in addition to mandatory training, to include; ▪ QQI ELC Childcare ▪ Inclusion – Diversity ▪ Leadership
