ABOUT THE ROLE
Flutter Bookstore Limited and Paige Press (Ireland) Limited seek an E-Commerce Manager to oversee the administration, integration, optimization, and management of technology platforms supporting retail, publishing, inventory, fulfillment, customer loyalty, and online sales operations.

The successful candidate will manage interconnected business systems including Shopify, Lightspeed POS, TikTok Shop, Faire Wholesale Marketplace, inventory systems, loyalty platforms, and related operational technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and maintain e-commerce, retail, and inventory management platforms.
Manage integrations between Shopify, Lightspeed POS, TikTok Shop, Faire, loyalty systems, and third-party applications.
Maintain online storefronts, product catalogs, event registration systems, and customer-facing websites.
Monitor inventory synchronization across sales channels and operational systems.
Configure workflows supporting sales, fulfillment, purchasing, loyalty, and reporting functions.
Troubleshoot technical issues involving integrations, inventory, customer accounts, and online sales operations.
Coordinate software updates, implementations, and operational improvements.
Analyze sales, operational, and inventory data to support business decisions.
Manage product setup, preorder campaigns, and online sales initiatives.
Train staff and provide ongoing technical support.
Maintain documentation relating to systems, workflows, and operational procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum three years’ experience administering e-commerce, retail technology, inventory management, or operational systems.
Experience with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms.
Experience managing integrations between multiple business systems.
Experience maintaining websites and online sales platforms.
Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and online commerce operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
No specific post-secondary qualification is required. Equivalent practical experience administering e-commerce systems, operational technologies, inventory systems, or related business platforms will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
