Landstone Construction Limited is looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department; coordinating all the installation, maintenance, and repair work; inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance that need to be performed.
Candidates must have 2 years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role; strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.); knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
46,700k per year, 40 hours per week.
