Full time - Maintenance Manager

Westcourt Student Accommodation is looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the maintenance, presentation and day-to-day operation of our 302-bedroom student residence.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working across multiple disciplines and taking pride in maintaining a high-quality environment for residents. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors and suppliers, help deliver improvement projects, and ensure the property remains safe, compliant and well presented throughout the year.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can think on their feet, adapt to changing priorities and develop practical solutions to both immediate maintenance issues and longer-term building requirements. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership of the property.

Key Requirements
Previous maintenance, facilities or building management experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building systems
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Relevant trade qualification or recognised certification in a maintenance-related discipline.
Full driving licence and own vehicle required.
Positive, reliable and customer-focused attitude
Garda vetting will be requested
Proximity to the campus for the extremely infrequent out of hours emergency maintenance
Must provide references from previous employers.

Pay: €38,400.00 per year
