Mount Juliet Estate, a Marriott Autograph Collection Property and certified Great Place to Work, have a fantastic vacancy for Golf Retail Assistant to join our exceptional award winning Golf team. 

The expected start date will be August 2026

This role assists in overseeing all aspects of Golf Shop operations.

Key Duties And Responsibilities:
Advising and serving customers.
Processing payments.
Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
Upselling Golf Shop promotions
Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
To assist in keeping the Golf shop area clean and tidy at all times.
To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails and filing
To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager
Good administrative skills and the ability to use email
Good team working skills
A friendly and welcoming approach.

Required:
Available Full-Time
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
High standards of dress and presentation
Good command of the English language and eligible to work in Ireland.
Previous retail experience desirable
