Meath, C15 NX39 Job Type: Full-time, Contract Based Hours: 39 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 Salary: €40,000 per annum / €769.23 per week / €19.72 per hour Job Description: Dough Star Limited is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy food service business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of customer service, supervising staff, managing stock and supplies, and supporting the overall performance of the business. Duties will include: Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently Supervising staff, preparing duty rosters, and monitoring team performance Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination Monitoring cash handling, tills, and daily sales reporting Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards Supporting the implementation of promotions and sales initiatives Handling customer concerns and resolving operational issues promptly Monitoring operational costs and supporting business targets Managing in-store systems and acting as the main point of contact for operational or technical issues Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline (minimum Level 7) Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management, retail management, or food service management Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Experience with POS systems and reporting is an advantage Benefits: Competitive salary package Opportunities for career progression Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply: Please apply with your updated CV and a brief cover note outlining your relevant management and operations experience.
