Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Duties to include 
•	Supervise the normal activities of the Youth Café daily.
•	Work as part of a team to develop events and activities for young people
•	Engage in other programmes in Dundalk Youth Centre such as The Youth Diversity Project and the Healthy Ireland Initiative when available.
•	Participate in all Dundalk Youth Centre Team Meetings
•	Support events in Dundalk Youth Centre when available
•	Adhere to all Dundalk Youth Centre policies and procedures.
•	To participate in training for Safeguarding of Children and other job related training
•	Keep accurate records in relation to all aspects of work and prepare reports as required.
•	Maintain confidentiality on all matters relating to service users, ex-service users and general centre business.
